I believe every service organization should use a blog. Have your staff or volunteer post comments and have the links accessible on your website so they are within reach and can be easily read . It's good to have a place for aomeone to leave comments like was this helpful or I agree regarding them also.
I worked for them in 1977, selling advertising. I won a trip to Boston as the volume leader in my training class. Some great people there. The owner Art Sells, (great name), Bill Zollo (great trainer), Roger Liss (my manager), Rick Rathfon (in my training class) and Tom Volkar (great salesperson).
